Nissan Skyline GT-R R34 Replica Based on a BMW 3-Series Coupe!

Gotta admit that this one left me totally speechless. Ok; I can find some kind of logic in turning a Peugeot 406 Coupe into a Ferrari 360 Modena, a Lincoln Continental into a Rolls Royce Phantom or even a MX-5 / Miata into a BMW Z3.

But please give me a sane reason to as why someone would take the decision to transform an E36 BMW 3-Series Coupe into a Nissan Skyline GT-R R34 –even if the final result could actually deceit many people? Oh wait, is that a can of Red-Bull I see in one of the pics? I’m sure that if we could check the rest of the garage we’d definitely find a bottle of Romanée Conti laying around somewhere. Lesson: Never mix Red-Bull with alcohol drinks cause you never know what kinda of a messed-mix you’ll be into latter… -More images after the jump

Wow. If the Z looks anything like this I’ll be glad I got the current generation. Of course it wont, because this is just a rendering of what some automotive journalist THINKS the next Z might look like. His guess is as good as any of ours only he’s got his guess down on paper. The first 350Z’s did have serious suspension issues that caused feathering or “cupping” on the front tires. That has been resolved. So yeah, they had some problems but I bought my 2006 brand new and it’s been nothing but a kick in the pants. I’ll probably end up buying the next rendition of the Z along with nissan bug shield because of the performance and quality.
